Working with Your Doctor
CHC Wellness does not want to replace your doctor. While we offer the convenience of an onsite wellness screening with comprehensive results, we recommend reviewing your results with your personal physician. For this reason, if you provide us your doctor's information, CHC Wellness will send a copy of your screening results directly to your doctor at no charge. We also have a team of physicians that review your results just in case there is an emergency we need to let you know about.
