The CHC Wellness screening is only the beginning of the process of helping your employees attain better health. Your CHC Wellness Advisor will review the aggregate screening results with you to identify the areas in which your resources can be best focused to accomplish your goals. This direction will be applied to your long-term strategic plan, to adjust year-to-year for the most successful outcome.
