Incentive Tracking
One of the most important factors in building a successful wellness initiative is engagement. Research has proven that the only way to sustain engagement in wellness programs and establish long-term, positive behavior change is through the use of incentives.
Organizations have long found the creation and maintenance of these incentives programs to be a difficult and tedious task. While organizations clearly understand and support the use of incentives, it is commonly the maintenance and tracking of the incentives that becomes tedious and deters organizations from implementing them. In an effort to take the guess work and frustration out of this task, CHC Wellness has assembled two full-service incentive tracking options. Each of these solutions is designed to assist in administering some level of a meaningful financial incentive; most notably a premium differential attached to a health insurance plan.
- Participation Model: This incentive model is designed to offer motivation for employees and spouses to participate in comprehensive wellness screenings and continue to take part in multiple follow up programs throughout the rest of the year. Employees can earn points for participating in programs and a maximum number of points is established each quarter.
- Health Standards Model: The health standard program provides an incentive for employees to achieve a certain benchmark in four medical assessments which are proven to correlate to excess medical costs.
